Ocean Freight

Sea freight forwarding arranged with carriers and consolidators, covering booking, documentation and port-to-door coordination.

Stated limit

Sailing schedules, cut-offs and rates are carrier-published and change frequently. Every ocean quotation is validity-dated.

What we take on

  1. 01Carrier or NVOCC booking against the agreed sailing requirement
  2. 02Container selection advice for the cargo presented
  3. 03Bill of lading preparation and release coordination
  4. 04Port formalities coordinated with the appointed customs agent

Before cargo moves

Cargo accepted
  • Containerised general cargo, FCL and LCL
  • Project and breakbulk cargo, quoted individually
Agreed handoffs
  • Booking accepted only after cargo details and Incoterm are confirmed
  • Shipping instructions submitted ahead of the carrier cut-off
  • Arrival notice and release routed to the consignee's nominated contact
Documents required
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Bill of lading instructions
  • Certificates of origin where the trade lane requires them

Next step

Send us the lane. We’ll come back with a scoped quotation.

Origin, destination, cargo and timing are enough to start. We don’t publish instant rates, because a rate that ignores your cargo isn’t worth quoting.
