Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you send us. It covers this website only; contracted work is governed by the written agreement in place.
What we collect
Business contact details you enter (name, company, email, telephone) and the shipment details you choose to describe: lane, mode, commodity, dimensions, timing and any notes. We do not ask for payment card data or personal identity documents through this site.
Why we hold it
To price and answer your enquiry, to route it to the correct desk, and to keep a record of quotations issued. Quotation forms on this site compose an email in your own mail client; nothing is stored by the website itself.
Sharing
Where pricing or execution requires it, enquiry details are shared with the carrier, facility operator or customs broker being asked to quote. We do not sell contact data or pass it to advertisers.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to service the account and to meet commercial and customs record-keeping obligations. You may ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for removal where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
