These terms apply to this website. They do not replace the transport, warehousing or brokerage terms that apply to booked work.
Nature of the information
Service descriptions on this site set out what we arrange and under what conditions. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they do not guarantee capacity on any lane at any given time.
Quotations
Rates are lane-specific and validity-dated. A quotation binds us only in the written form we issue, for the validity period stated, and on the cargo profile described. Changes to weight, dimensions, timing, accessorials, duties or fuel and surcharge levels change the price.
Execution and contracting terms
Movements are arranged with contracted carriers and facility operators. Liability for the carriage itself is governed by the applicable conveyance regime and the trading conditions identified in our written scope, not by this website.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit unlawful cargo enquiries, to scrape content at volume, or to attempt to interfere with its operation. We may decline enquiries without giving reasons.
