We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this website. Where something falls short, we would rather say so than claim otherwise.
Measures in place
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled navigation regions.
- Keyboard operation for every interactive control, with visible focus.
- Text contrast checked against AA thresholds in both surfaces.
- Form fields with persistent labels, descriptive errors and no colour-only signalling.
- Text that reflows to 320px width without horizontal scrolling.

Documents supplied by carriers and facility operators (rate sheets, certificates, customs paperwork) are outside our control and may not be tagged for screen readers. Ask the desk and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
