Service 06 · Brokerage arranged with licensed agents

Customs Coordination

Coordination of import and export formalities through appointed, licensed customs brokers, rather than in-house clearance.

Stated limit

We are a freight forwarder, not a customs authority or a legal adviser. Classification and valuation remain the declarant's responsibility, and we will always tell you when a question needs a licensed broker or a trade lawyer.

What we take on

  1. 01Appointment and briefing of a licensed broker for the trade lane
  2. 02Collation of the documentation set required for the declaration
  3. 03Tracking the clearance step alongside the physical move
  4. 04Escalation where a consignment is held or queried

Next step

Send us the lane. We’ll come back with a scoped quotation.

Origin, destination, cargo and timing are enough to start. We don’t publish instant rates, because a rate that ignores your cargo isn’t worth quoting.
